The cutting room is of a very high standard and is temperature controlled.  We are required by law to adhere to standards and conditions, and one very important condition is waste disposal.

If you choose to have your animals cut and packed at Gate to Plate Butchery Services you be assured of the highest standards.

Product traceability is second to none at Gate to Plate.  YOUR animal WILL be the animal you get back  - all of it too.  In the cutting room there will only be myself cutting and packing your meat.  However, during busy spells, I will have assistance with the packing.  Your meat can be packed in Plastic Bags, Vacuum Packed or Tray Wrapped. I can also supply boxes, for a small additional charge, so that your meat reaches your customers in perfect condition.  I am more than willing to advise which suits you best.  Your meat can be cut and packed to many different specifications, it can also be priced if required.  All labelling is to Trading Standards guidelines.  I am now curing and slicing bacon so you can now have more variety from your Pigs, along with different flavours of Sausages.
