"Keith has given us a very personal service, and has an amazing enthusiasm for making the most of our efforts to produce quality meat for our table.

He made sure we had the chance to chat informally before cutting our animals to ensure we got joints and cuts to suit our personal preferences, and also for our customers needs.

The cure used for our bacon and ham is delicious and he has trialled brilliant flavourings in our sausages. We couldn't wait to fry them up and eat them as soon as we got home! It is a pleasure to meet someone so enthusiastic about experimenting e.g. with Chorizo sausage flavours.

Our produce is excellently packaged ad clearly labelled which makes it much easier to rummage through our freezer to get what we want for dinner. It also makes our small amount of home grown produce that we sell look professional to our handful of customers, which is great even for small producers like us.

The service from Gate to Plate is very pleasing, brings us a smile when we get to eat the results and, if we can bear to share it, makes us proud to present our produce to our friends and customers!"
